Most of our clients buy two or three of these on the same contract, which is the point: one crew, one induction, one invoice, and nobody arguing at seven in the morning about whose job the loading bay is.

How a contract starts
From site walk to first shift in five steps

Site walk
We walk the premises with you at the hour the work would actually happen — a hall at 06.00 looks nothing like the same hall at noon.

Written scope
Every area gets a task list, a frequency and an INSTA 800 quality level. The quote is priced from that list, not from a guess at square metres.

Crew and induction
You get named people. Safety cards, site induction, key handling and access rights are agreed in writing before the first shift.

Start-up month
A supervisor works the first five shifts alongside the crew and calls you at the end of each week for the first month.

Measurement
Spot checks against the agreed quality level, a monthly report by email and a review meeting every quarter.
