The name is a deadline, not a slogan
Everything Jani Ketola and Ari Nieminen sold in their first two years of trading had the same sentence in the contract: finished by seven. Fifteen years later the company is thirty-four people and ninety-six sites, and that sentence is still the only promise we make before anyone has seen the premises.
Who is responsible for what
There is no sales department. Quotes are priced by the operations director, who also knows which crew has room for the work and whether the date you want is realistic.
Jani Ketola
Co-founder. Contracts, tenders, investment decisions and the large annual negotiations.
Riikka Salmi
Quotes, scheduling, crew allocation and substitutes. The first person to call about anything happening this week.
Elina Koskinen
Trained INSTA 800 assessor. Runs the inspections, the audits, the training register and incident handling.
Marko Hyvärinen
Food and beverage sites: wash-down sequences, allergen changeovers, swab routines and release checks with the client's shift supervisor.
Sami Turunen
Grounds, waste stations, yards and the whole winter operation, including who gets called out at four in the morning.
Petteri Aho
Certified duct and grease extract cleaning, hatch fitting, duct camera work and the written reports that go with it.
Anniina Lehtinen
Invoicing, purchasing, payroll and the contractor obligation paperwork. Easiest to reach in the morning.
Ari Nieminen
Co-founder. Still drives an early route two mornings a week, which is where most of our better ideas come from.
Site crews
Twenty-six people across three shift bands. Average age 41, longest service 13 years, staff turnover 15 % in 2025.
