Production hygiene cleaning

Wash-downs in food and beverage plants, run between production shifts so the line is released back on time. Our crews work to your hygiene plan, not a generic one: the sequence, the chemical, the contact time and the rinse are written per line and signed off by your production supervisor before we start.

• Dry clean, foam application, contact time, rinse and disinfection as a fixed sequence
• Allergen changeover routines with separate colour-coded equipment
• Swab and rinse-water sampling points cleaned last and recorded separately
• Every crew member holds a Finnish hygiene passport and is inducted per line
• Release check with your shift supervisor, signed on the work record before we leave

Industrial and machine cleaning

The heavy work: coolant pits, chip conveyors, machine enclosures, extraction hoods, overhead steelwork and the parts of a hall that a daily cleaner never reaches. Most of it happens during shutdown weeks, which is why we ask for shutdown dates in March and plan the year around them.

• Machine tool enclosures and coolant systems degreased and pumped out
• Chip conveyors, swarf bins and the pits underneath them emptied and washed
• Overhead steelwork, cable trays and light fittings vacuumed from a lift
• Dust and oil mist removal from extraction ducting and filter housings
• Post-shutdown floor restoration before production restarts on the Monday

Daily facility cleaning

Offices, staff canteens, changing rooms, meeting rooms, warehouse aisles and loading bays on a fixed weekly schedule. You get named people rather than a rota of strangers, and a named substitute who has already been inducted on your site.

• Written task list per area with frequencies and INSTA 800 quality levels
• Machine floor cleaning of warehouse aisles outside picking hours
• Changing rooms and showers, including drain and grout work on a monthly cycle
• Consumables managed and restocked; you are billed at purchase price plus 12 %
• A work record left on site and a summary report by email each month

Ventilation and extract cleaning

Two of our staff hold the Finnish certificate for cleaning ventilation systems. We clean supply and extract ductwork, air handling units and commercial kitchen grease extract systems, and we photograph the inside of the duct before and after so you have something to show the fire inspector.

• Rotary brush cleaning for ducts from 80 to 630 mm, with dust collection at the face
• Kitchen grease extract systems including canopies, filters and the riser
• Air handling unit interiors, coils and condensate trays
• Inspection hatches fitted where the ductwork has none
• Written report with duct camera images, dated and filed against the property

Grounds and winter maintenance

Yards, entrances, loading bays and car parks. In winter the standing instruction is simple: the routes people walk and the bays lorries reverse into are clear and gritted before the first shift arrives. Our winter contracts are priced per visit with a defined snowfall trigger, so nobody argues about whether a visit was justified.

• Ploughing and brushing triggered at 4 cm of new snow, gritting at your call or ours
• Entrances and pedestrian routes cleared before 07.00
• Roof snow and icicle removal by a separate order, with the area cordoned off
• Summer season: sweeping, weed control, litter picking and waste station tidying
• Grit swept and removed in spring, with the sand collected rather than washed to drain

Specialist and one-off work

Work that is bought once rather than scheduled. We take these from existing clients first, but we quote for new ones whenever the calendar allows.

• Post-construction and post-renovation cleaning before handover
• Floor restoration: stripping, sealing and burnishing of vinyl and coated concrete
• High-level cleaning of racking, sprinkler pipework and roof lights
• Water damage first response: extraction, drying equipment and daily readings
• Moving-out cleans of industrial units, including yard clearance
