Nightly wash-down at a bakery plant in Hyvinkää
Client: a bakery group's plant, about 180 staff on three shifts.
Contract running since 2019.
Work: two production lines washed down five nights a week, 22.30 to
04.30, four people per shift.
- Fixed sequence: dry clean, foam, contact time, rinse, disinfect
- Allergen changeover every Wednesday with separate colour-coded equipment
- Lines released to the shift supervisor and signed off by 04.45
- 2025: 259 of 260 scheduled wash-downs released on time
Floor care
Machine floor cleaning at a Kerava distribution centre
Client: a third-party logistics operator, 11 400 m² of coated concrete
plus dock and staff areas.
Work: two ride-on scrubber-driers six nights a week between 21.00 and
01.00, with a Saturday morning crew added in February 2026.
- Aisles scrubbed in the window when picking is stopped
- Dock levellers and bay floors weekly, racking uprights at low level monthly
- Grit and melt water removed nightly from November to March
- Floor condition photographed monthly against the same six reference points
Shutdown work
Shutdown-week machine cleaning at a Hollola engineering plant
Client: a subcontract machining plant of roughly 60 staff.
Work: weeks 28 to 30 every year since 2017 — coolant pits pumped and
washed, chip conveyors stripped, machine enclosures degreased, overhead steelwork
vacuumed from lifts.
- 2025: 640 crew hours across three weeks, eight people
- 11 200 litres of spent coolant handed to a licensed disposal contractor
- Consignment notes filed and copied to the client's environmental folder
- Production restarted on schedule on the Monday of week 31
Daily cleaning
Offices and staff areas for an engineering consultancy in Espoo
Client: 2 400 m² over three floors, about 120 desks.
Work: two people every weekday morning from 05.30 to 08.30, finishing
before staff arrive. One named substitute, inducted on the site.
- Quality level 3 in open-plan areas, level 4 in reception and meeting rooms
- Consumables managed and restocked without being asked
- Kitchen points and coffee areas twice daily during term time
- Quarterly review with the office manager, minuted
Ventilation
Grease extract cleaning for a staff restaurant operator
Client: a contract caterer running six staff restaurants in Vantaa and
Espoo.
Work: canopies, filters, ductwork and risers cleaned twice a year,
always on a Saturday so no service day is lost.
- Duct camera images before and after, dated per property
- Inspection hatches fitted at twelve points that had none
- Reports filed per property, ready for the fire safety inspection
- Two of our staff hold the Finnish ventilation cleaning certificate
Grounds
Winter maintenance for a Vantaa business park
Client: a property manager responsible for nine units on one plot,
14 000 m² of yard and parking.
Work: ploughing triggered at 4 cm of new snow, entrances and pedestrian
routes cleared before 07.00, gritting on their call or ours.
- Winter 2024–25: 63 visits, each timestamped in the work record
- Two visits ran late, both during the 26 December snowfall, and both were credited
- Snow stacked at agreed points so no fire route was blocked
- Grit swept and collected in April rather than washed into the drains
